While Alex Moore's Ballroom Dancing, The Ballroom Technique (in his or ISTD versions) and Popular Variations are widely known, are there other ballroom technique works by other authors which could provide additional or contrasting information of utility?

Smith-Hampshire? Guy Howard? Older works?

I also saw something recently about a volume that claims to cover currently common open variations in a manner more like the technique book than their brief mentions in Moore's Popular Varations, but I don't remember the details.

There are three books by Christopher Willis c. 1992. Two volumes for W/F and T/Q called "Leading Competition Figures" and one called something like "Competition Patterns" with foot charts.
