Clearly not.
The dancers' movements are WAY too big for the crowded acrobatic poles of BsAs. Their steps are for pleasing the crowd and not each other. If only they would understand the fulfillment granted by a close heart-to-pole-to-heart vertical embrace, it would open up the true world of tango to them.

Sure... I've done that foot to the chest move lots of times. It's one of my favorites.

No, because the shoes are all wrong. And I'd never wear that outfit to a milonga. Also, I think they're relying a bit too much on choreography instead of their connection. *tsk*

Well, true... I usually do the foot to chest thing wearing 4" stilettos.

Wimp. If you were a hard core pole tango dancer, you wouldn't let some little detail like 4" stilettos stop you.

They are definitely not well grounded.

Who cares? It's a fantastic watch anyway!
And look at the expression on her face. I'll have what she's having.
Can we have some synchronised underwater tango next?:)

Perhaps we'd all agree that they really do have a shared axis.

Does that mean they are sharing weight then?
And is the leaning an illusion or is it real?

its not nuevo its apolado:uplaugh: HYSTERICAL. This is as much tango as ice dance, mime, or dramatic interpretation is. I don't think their intention is to even pretend that it is, or even bears any resemblance to, the dance/s of the same name. They are referrign to the music/intensity of the performance.
