I would like to have a dance event calendar for the region of Central New York. It would cover all partner dances - color coded for swing, ballroom, Argentine tango, Latin and an other category (zydeco, country two step...). I would like it possibly to have an automated or fairly simple process for adding events, allow for someone to view only events of a particular category, or even to look at events from only a particular area such as only Syracuse or only Ithaca.
Does anyone know of a good product out there that would do something like what I've described? What are some good examples of dance calendars that you have seen out there that work well?
