So how many of you will be attending a dance with an Independance Day theme?

The dance at the studio tonight is an Independance Day garden party complete with BBQ food; ought to be great. 8)

We're headed over to the Hotel Hershey on Sunday to dance on their veranda to the Just Friends Band, to be followed by fireworks while the band plays patriotic music.

Tonight, we're headed out to Carlisle for some blues, but I don't think it's going to have a theme (but who knows... we may be surprised.)

Well the milonga that I'm djing on the 4th is called "Fireworks Milonga". :)

You won't believe this, but I was actually invited to a WEDDING on July 4th. The people getting married are non-American, so I don't think they realized the implication of having a huge, church wedding on a national holiday when a lot of people schedule vacation. Should be interesting to see how it goes. :roll:
