View Full Version : Mario Robau, Jr. will be teaching in Orlando in July - WCS

Mario Robau, Jr. will be at Dance Orlando (311 Dane Lane, Longwood, FL) in July, the weekend of July 23rd to 25th for a series of workshops in that area. There will be a pre-dance on Friday the 23rd, classes Saturday and Sunday, and a dance Saturday night. Classes include sessions in Syncopations, Fancy Footwork and Spins & Turns. Prices for the workshop have not been released, but you can call Dance Orlando at 407-830-5523 for more information.

I really liked him in the workshop I had with him... :D

I just wish he hadn't been one of the two pros talking the entire time, at the table just behind me, during the show at Reno... :evil:

I wish I could be there... The workshop is alittle far to commute to as I live in NYC..... But he is a great instructor... no matter what your dance is.

I have had many, many of his classes, and I do highly recommend that anyone in the area . . . take these classes.

Jenn . . . I thought you were not going to do WCS? I could swear I read that in one of your posts recently???

SD . . . we also had a Pros up by us at Reno, and they too, talked the entire time . . . maybe that's why I said some not-so-good-things about the show after we got back home and online.

I forget where it came up now, but I remember some exchange relating to how it would be appropriate for Pros to actually behave professionally both on and *off* the floor! :?

Nope. WCS rocks!!!! I love the heck out of it. I said that about another dance that shall not be named. :wink: 8)
