This is one of the places where you can post the one thing you have been wanting/longing to do but never quite got around to doing so finally got out there and .................................................. .... did it!!! :bouncy: :banana: :bouncy:
One of the things I am hoping to accomplish by this weekend is to, walk in the rain :oops: It is something I used to do in my youth :oops: :lol: and absolutely love but the rain and subsequent temperatures here in London are not condusive/helpful to one getting absolutely soaked! It is supposed to be heavy rains and wind from today (it has been raining a lot today) until Sunday. So, this could be it! :banana: I did get caught in it this evening but, it wasn't much fun as I had my 'school bag' :lol: for work with me and I was thinking about the stuff inside getting wet :roll: but, it reminded me that I want to and I gotta do this. I don't know when it is going to rain like this again (or be warm enough to be out in it for like two hours :shock: without getting a cold) BUT I am plotting and planning for it to happen between now and this weekend. :lol:
A round fountain was recently opened in memory of Princess Diana. It is supposed to have a splashing/paddle area for children. I might walk over to it (I live about 20mins walk away) and be one of the 'bigger' children :wink: I don't think there will be anyone checking ID :oops: :D Oh! And I have already worked out what I am going to wear! lol
So, if you happen to be in London and see someone out in the rain, grinning from ear to ear, singing and dancing around in the puddles, creating splashes and looking like the happiest person on earth, that will be me :banana: :lol:
