 Welcome to the "I ain't done it!!! (yet)" thread
This is one of the places where you can post the one thing you have been wanting/needing to do for ages but never quite got around to doing so finally had to think up whole new reasons for procrastinating because you were getting danergously close to just getting out there and .................................................. .... doing it!!! :bouncy:  :bouncy:

Maybe this should be the - I escaped and am going to continue escaping.
For instance, wearing small floral print dresses in adult life  Some girls, women, ladies look good in "small floral print". Some even look great but, I stopped looking cute after about age seven   From recollection, haven't worn it since

Need to mow the backyard. Been putting it off for weeks. Also need to brush the prickles out of my dog's fur, as a result of not mowing the backyard!!
Let this be a lesson, procrastination only leads to more work!

but my favorite saying is "why do today what you can put off until tomorrow?"

I need to do something with my CD collection. There's everywhere, either in their sleeves or not! It's a big mess! And I can't hardly find anything. Someone asked me to find a song I had earlier today, it was only blind, stupid luck I found it this evening.

Ah silly ghrasshopper, that is only because you have not yet climbed the spire of wisdom and, recognizing the cyclicality of life, know that--for the enlightened--instead of leading to more work procrastination may lead to more procrastination!

Yes sensei. I'm in that cycle at the moment!!
I will have to become less enlightened and just do it I think. It's annoying me every time I play with my dog, I get prickles attached to me!! :?

Come on guys! You should know better than that: If you wait until the last minute...it only takes a minute! :D :D

That makes entirely too much sense, Jeni. And where's the fun in that?

Yeah, it also relates to that old saying, that if you want something done give it to a busy person to do... :o

And you are complaining?
Me, I had to wait for my bus (which was late) in pouring rain on Saturday, at a bus stop with no shelter :(. Then the rain stopped and sun came out when the bus finally turned up .

 Yes, I am complaining, because unlike you I would have been dressed and ready and waiting, with open arms for it :D
(If I am not 'dressed' for rain, I wouldn't be amused either :|)
