USA DanceSport Announces National Reps to World Championships
August 22, 2004 – Wilmington, DE – USA DanceSport is pleased to announce the crowning of the following 2004 National Amateur DanceSport Champions. These titles were won at the official and only IDSF (International DanceSport Federation) recognized US National DanceSport Championship, and as such, these champions will be the official representatives of the United States in upcoming IDSF World Champion-ships. The travel for these couples, to the IDSF World Championships, will be underwritten by USABDA, a non-profit 501(c)3 organization.
Below is a list of our US National Champions and the IDSF World Championships they will attend, as scheduled for the remainder of 2004. Events marked TBD are either awaiting announcement or have already been held for this year. Events that occur in the first seven months of 2005 will have participation from the 2004 National Champions, once announced.

USA DanceSport is the competitive division of USABDA which is recognized by the IDSF and the US Olympic Committee as the National Governing Body of amateur DanceSport in the United States. USA DanceSport organizes the National DanceSport Championships where National Champions are selected in all levels and age groups of both American and International dance styles.
