I know complimenting can cause a person to be self concious or get unwanted attention. But it is my understanding there are volunteers on this site who contribute to helping with welcoming new members and adding insight to discussions about dancing or relatable topics and help keep the site clean.
Does the joy of the volunteering need to have the appreciation of those who notice added? Or does that cause unwanted feelings from those that are not noticed who may do a similar thing?
