hi - I was recently at SONH and saw a lot of people wearing these really comfortable looking pants to dance in that I thought were called modrags or mod rags. I am not sure where to find them though someone from Japan told me she had purchased her's on the internet. Does anyone know where to buy that brand of pants?

I almost always wear pants when I dance and almost exclusively jazz dance pants but have never heard of those. Maybe you can look up hip-hop dance wear- I've seen a lot of those on-line shops with loose-fitting dance wear!

The pants you saw are Modrobes (http://www.modrobes.com). Haven't tried them myself, but know a lot of people in the swing scene that wear them.

Just .com it and you'll get their website(USA/Canada). Lots of hip-hop casual, comfortable-looking stuff. Cotton & fleece, mostly. Wouldn't want to dance in it, though(doesn't breathe or dry if ya sweat). :?

What I was trying to say is that you can't directly order from their site at this time. You can look up stores, but I hope you live in NYC or Toronto, or else you might be out of luck.

~andrewWhen I accessed their site, it was an on-line store and you could place orders.

Ah... I see now. Some of the items have a "Buy Now" button in the corner, and others have a "Find Dealer" button. I guess you can get some stuff off their web site, but the rest is only available in stores.
Thanks for the info.
