Should Salsa promoters become certified to promote. Do we owe the general public qualified promoters and how do they qualify? :wink:

Absolutely. They shall be subjected to a test of public opinion whereby they become either a Certified Salsa Promoter or a Certified Salsa Demoter, with no middle ground. :twisted:

I am a salsa party producer. The only qualifications I have are that I know people and I am in it solely to produce fun, not profit.
