I'll try to answer my own questions to get started on the right foot. (or would that be left foot?)
Two Step?
Trick Rider by McBride and the Ride and Copperhead Road by Steve Earle and for sentimental reasons Redneck Girl by the Bellamy Brothers
Triple Two Step?
Write The Down by George Strait
Waltz?
Five Dollar Fine by Chris LeDoux
Polka?
Bandy The Rodeo Clown bye Joe Stampley and Moe Bandy
Cha Cha?
My Maria by Brookes and Dunn
Nightclub Two Step?
I've never dance this but I'll pick a song
Choices bye George Jones
WCS?
I dont' know this dance either but a song that fits this catagory I like is Bobbie Ann Mason by Rick Trevino.
Other dances and songs?
I was inspired to ask this because I've only been daning a couple years and one of the hardest things for me to figure out at first is what music went with each dance.

It's been a long time.... but....
I remember every time I heard Charlie Daniels' Band singing The Devil Went Down To Georgia, my body vibrated and I experienced a primal need to WCS. It was a killer tho, I remember that by the time the song was over, I was about ready to just lay down right there on the dance floor and die. Everybody else could just dance around me as I recovered from that fast and kind of long song.

It was a favorite of the bar bands here; in those places where the management permitted it.

Hey, just thought I'd add some songs
Polka:
Brad Paisley's "Never Would Have Worked out Any other Way"
Triple Two Step:
Tobey Keith and Willie Nelson "Beer for My Horses"
Night Club:
Rascal Flats "I Melt" It's a little fast, but really pretty
Cha-Cha:
Raul Malo (Formerly of Mavericks) "I See You"
Waltz:
Kelly Hunt "Crawl Through Kansas"
Two Step:
There's a new Josh Gracin song I really like "Nothing To Lose"
East Coast Swing
Trick Pony "Party of One"
West Coast Swing
So many, but right now I've decided I really want to dance to that old 80s song "Heartbreaker"

If you do a google search for "The Rodeo Song" you can find the lyrics to the song and probably different song samples to play.
A word of warning, some people might find it offensive and inappropriate especially for younger listeners.
