Since so many members are online I figured I would ask how everyone's weekend went. Do anything interesting? What did you do?

I was supposed to go to the USDSC in South Florida and got rained in. It was raining here all Friday night and yesterday until mid-afternoon.

I agree . . . and I suppose you are a Bronco fan??? Hmmmmm - 30 - 10?
My game is just coming on . . . Raider fan.
Was a great weekend . . . my wife and I finally had some alone time this weekend . . . usually our house is filled with somebody over. We love to entertain! I've been in a tanktop and swimming trunks all weekend . . . other than dressing up for church this morning!

Watched football; college and pro. Worked in the yard mowing the lawn and pulling out that dread milkweed and of course I danced.

In unearthing old threads, I found this one interesting in that only one person mentioned dance!
Maybe that's a good thing since this is in the Dancer's Anonymous ... so ...
Hmmm ... no wonder this one didn't make it past the first page of posts yet ... I think back on my weekend and besides my cat chowing on a loaf of bread, the rest of the excitement definitely came from dance!
No ... wait ... I did get in 9 holes of golf! Probably my last golf outing of the year. Over the course of the season I dramatically dropped my score for 9 holes by ten strokes from last years best to this years best. Pretty good, but I won't say how high my score actually was.
The weekend? Let me just say:
Now for a cheer they are here, triumphant!
Here they come with banners flying,
In stalwart step they're nighing,
With shouts of vict'ry crying,
We hurrah, hurrah, we greet you now,
Hail!
Far we their praises sing
For the glory and fame they've bro't us
Loud let the bells them ring
For here they come with banners flying
Far we their praises tell
For the glory and fame they've bro't us
Loud let the bells them ring
For here they come with banners flying
Here they come, Hurrah!
Hail! to the victors valiant
Hail! to the conqu'ring heroes
Hail! Hail! to Michigan
the leaders and best
Hail! to the victors valiant
Hail! to the conqu'ring heroes
Hail! Hail! to Michigan,
the champions of the West!
We cheer them again
We cheer and cheer again
For Michigan, we cheer for Michigan
We cheer with might and main
We cheer, cheer, cheer
With might and main we cheer!
Hail! to the victors valiant
Hail! to the conqu'ring heroes
Hail! Hail! to Michigan,
the champions of the West!
:D :D :D :D :D :D
