i found this on the internet somewhere, inspired by dr. wayne dyer:
When a person shows kindness to another, blood tests show their serotonin level increases, as do the levels of the recipient. To make this simple act of Kindness even more remarkable, those observing the act have the same serotonin level increase. In our brain, serotonin brings increased peace and well being.
what do you think?
anyone know of any specific studies done on this?
