hey ppl! ok, a bit about myself: I've been a fan of MJ since i was young cuz my grandpa always taped the concerts/videos. yet, i never really tried dancing like him cuz it seemed impossible... i stopped watching for quite a few years, and it wasn't until late last year that i found the old tapes and got really interested again. so yea, for a few months, i've been dancing MJ style, going online and watching videos to learn new moves. so far i know how to: moonwalk, sideslide, moonwalk in place, sideslide in a circle?, most of the thriller routine...and a few other things. basically the reason why i joined df was to expand my variety of dance moves and develop my MJ style more too.

ok, so one of the main reasons why i joined df was to improve on what i already know and learn how to breakdance and rave as well. can you plz help me? thnx

Why don't you do a search for "breakdancing" on this forum -- this has been discussed lots of times before, with people giving recommendations on videos, classes, things to watch etc. :wink:

I'm also an mj dancer. there is far more to mj than just gliding. learn to pop and lock and do robotics like him. My site has some guides on it, but they aren't spoonfeed guides cos I want ppl to experiment. Glides are just crowd pleasers, the meat of his dancing is fast locking moves and robotics. :-)
