Funny thing is, I need to pay attention to this stuff because I am trying to design ballroom dresses -_-

Note that a lot of that information is fairly out of date - not useless by any means, but not necessarily reflecting practices of the moment. For example, feathers are kind of out right now, while there are some newer tailsuit vendors in Russia and elsewhere providing budget options.

Does anyone know of any sites that regularaly have some sort of update to the newer fashions and trends in dresses? Or possibly a site that deals with the rules and regulations of gowns, if there is such a thing....
