WOW. I don't know another word for it. maybe to add - it was the best experience in swing so far.this guy is cool, smooth, funny, just everything you can imagine. almost flying over the dance floor.
i guess it would be uncool to quote his jokes here, but if you EVER get the chance to get lessons, TAKE it!
He is gonna be in herring this summer, and his schedule is one savoystyle.com it think.

Wow, luh. That's cool. How old is he? Too old for flyign, I would have thought. May God bless him. A living legend. That's for sure. 8) :notworth:

he was born in 1914. so he would be 91, if he had already his bday, or 90.

Looks like his birthday is in late may (22-26th, somewhere in there) so he must be 92 now :)

I'd still tend to 91. 1914 - 2005 are 91, not 92 years ;)

He is indeed 91. I was at his 85th birthday party at the Roseland in NY back in '99. It was a blast! (The party was on May 27th, even though his birthday is the 26th)

And no, luh, I don't think it would be uncool to quote his jokes. Go for it. I've always loved Frankie's classes. Even after Lindy Hopping for seven years, I'll still take any class I can from him, even a beginner's class.

No, I didn't. Thanks for the heads-up. Do you have any info about a release date? I'll have to get it.

later this year. I'm not sure if it's gonna be released outside of the usa though. Frankie told me himself. he said he's gonna read it, that he knows what he did ;)
