Again, I'm new to the group so forgive me if this is repetitious for you all, but I was wondering if anyone knows of a good instructional tape or DVD on the topic of "musicality" in regard to WCS?

I am,in Maine, forever isolated from the pros.....

Not sure if he has a video on it, b ut he's known for teaching workshops on musicality and mapping music for dance.

Also, I sent you a PM, the bottom link in my signature is a message board devoted to WCS. On of the members is a music teach and is great at breaking down concepts. There a thread on there on about the importance of music theory in relation to dance.

One of our members is from Maine as well! Small world, maybe you two have met at some point. I'm not sure where she's from in the state, but you never know! She's only been dancing WCS two months and is very exuberant about the dance.

Mario Robau Jr. has been working on one, but it hasn't been published yet. It will certainly appear in his instructional videos catalog when available (see marioswingdaddy.com/videos.htm).

Thanks to both for good suggestions.
I've heard the raves about Mario's intensives, but I hadn't heard he was making a video. That's good news!
