Hello, all!

I'm going to be traveling to Atlanta, GA, sometime this fall and was wondering if someone here could recommend places to go dancing? I'm looking for places that play a variety of music for ballroom, latin, and swing; where people change-up partners, so that single ladies will actually have the chance to get onto the floor; and where it is safe.

Suggestions? Thank you!

Atlanta Dance in Marietta has the best parties in my opinion (every Friday and most Saturdays). Take Hold Ballroom in Atlanta also has some good parties but the floor is smaller, though the atmosphere is quite nice. For a salsa club, try the Sanctuary.

A good friend of mine just got home to Atlanta from a study abroad in England. She dances with her college team when she's in RI for school, and she danced/competed in England too, but she doesn't know anything about the ballroom scene in Atlanta..... Can anyone recommend a good coach or studio in that area for her? I was hoping that someone here would have a suggestion since she wants to be sure she gets quality coaching..

oh, and I should mention that she dances all 4 styles, so regardless of the style, it will be helpful for her.

Thanks guys!
