Max and Yulia win the WORLD Pro South American Showdance

The competition took place yesterday in Italy. It's a WD&DSC event.
Delian Terziev and Boriana Deltcheva were semi-finalists.

Am I wrong or does this make Max and Yulia only the second couple from the US to ever win a true World title? (Gary and Diana won the 10-dance a few years ago).

Yay for them!!!!!!!!!!!! Their showdance numbers are always impressive (unfortunately I rarely get to see them :( ). Here's to Max & Yulia!!! :cheers:

Sorry, but not so... Jonathan & Katusha won the World Classic Showdance last year (held at the USDSC as it was again this year). Also, if you count non-pro world titles, Val Chmerkovsky has a couple with different partners too (meaning that those partners have them as well of course).

Yes, yes, you're right, of course, and I remember those titles now. It's just that I was so excited about the result and it was so late in the evening, my mind was on "snooze". :D
