Hi, folks. Despite being totally obsessed with AT (and ballroom tango), I'm still a newbie. I'd be interested to hear about "classic" AT tunes and artists as well as favourites. Also, does anyone have favourite "covers" of classics such "La Cumparsita", "El Choclo" or "Libertango"?

I'm a big fan of TodoTango.com which offers wonderful new and complete AT links to listen to each week. However, they're largely traditional tunes. What "modern" songs or alternative music can you dance AT to?

I'll keep an ear open for this (and watch out for web sites and music lists). I'm a newbie too - it's still hard for me to tell just by listening which tango is which -- and it's fairly obvious.

    Cool music selections, bordertangoman.

I saw a gorgeous AT exhibition done to Roxanne once. Sweet! 8)

Thanks for that Bordertangoman...I've printed it out and will scour my collection the second I can get to it (I'm doing some heavy-duty moving at the moment). I too like the unusual, so I'm sure it's a fabulous collection. :)
