To celebrate the Grand Opening of Reflections Dance and Fitness Center, free sampler classes will be offered on Saturday and Sunday April 22nd and 23rd. And for you Latin dancers in particular:

Rick Heiman, Artistic Director of Bel Cobra Dance (http://www.belcobradance.com) and one of the world's only dance instructors and choreographers with advanced training in ballet, ballroom, belly dance, contemporary dance, jazz dance and Latin dance, currently teaching advanced belly dance fusion (Cobra Jazz Dance), Latin technique (Latin Groove), ballet and jazz dance throughout California, will be teaching belly dance and Latin dance at Reflections on Saturday at 2 P.M. (belly dance) and 3 P.M. (Latin dance). Beginners are welcome, good physical condition highly recommended and some prior dance experience helpful. Males are absolutely welcome in both classes! No partner required! Latin dancers in particular, both male and female, will find belly dance training highly useful in developing core strength, musicality, and the ability to accent Latin dance routines with sinuous rib cage and hip movements.

Regular class schedule at Reflections is pending, but Rick will be teaching one or more classes from the following: belly dance, Latin dance technique, and/or intermediate advanced jazz dance. Fitness training will also be coming to Reflections, and Rick, currently working toward personal training certification from the National Association for Sports Medicine, will soon be available for personal training in addition to his current schedule of private dance lessons.
