Am I the only one that sees a piece of furniture as a device I can use to stretch muscles from different angles?

I am just taking a break from stretching with the aid of my bar stool, and saw this!!! :) So, no, you are not alone!

In a building I used to work in, I went to the second floor and used the balcony rails for handholds for various stretches.

I spend most of the little time I have to watch television sitting/laying on my living room floor on a variety of foam rollers, lacrosse balls, whatever random object I can find that hits the right spot... does that count?
