    Welcome to the Forums, Kash-b!

I haven't been very fluent in my western dancing lately and I'm not familar with the term "coaster flip." Is it similar to a "coaster step?"

Perhaps another member of our forum family can assist...

    Coaster flip

Must be a UK thing, its a mix of a coaster step and a backflip, its mostly danced to more lively songs, I've been to plenty of bars in the last few weeks and have seen many people doin it to hiphop songs and country songs with 120bpm+

Sounds like fun! I'd totally love to learn and am going to have to start asking around...
