Can someone briefly explain what does this Lindsay mean? i got a piece of paper from my professor. Which i have to create some kind of dance base on this Lindsay style. Thanks

Lindsay - Images of vulnerability alternating with strength, unwrapping the self, movement emanating from the core, upperback arch, continuous circles, include graduate traveling steps. Sharp and fast movements alternating with slow underwater feeling, reaching arms back behind self, searching, Shifting back and forth between opening and closing, asymmetrical.

This snippet from another thread says it all.

i'm in the modern dance course, but base on this description do u guys got any idea how the dance be like?

Yes, I can imagine what it would be like.
If, in spite of the fact that you have a pretty detailed description of "Lindsay", you mean Lindy, as in Lindy Hop, that would be a very inaccurate description.

Modern dance is primarily not a partner dance, although there can be partnered moves (at least in my understanding of it).
Contact Improvisation, now there is a partner dance.

Anyhow, I guess you are studying dance?
