Well hey, women over 40 are the finest kind.
I'll make it . . .
Aliens? Here? Oh, please, say it isn't so.
Hmmm.... this thread is oddly familiar
Take me too your leader.....
Without doubt-- the best post on the entire site !!-- hola rosa --- yo sabe !! ( yes -- i am a male )
omg... haven't read the thread yet, just MQ's opener, but i LUV this!
definitely print-worthy. goes straight to my fridge... and those of my over-40 friends..
Hey, samina, I'm very glad you found this thread. Many years ago I read the following poster in a co-workers cubical:
Women in their 20s worry about what other people say about them.
Women in their 40s don't care what other people say about them.
Women in their 60s realize that no one is talking about them anyway.
Those are not the EXACT words, but you get the idea. I'll never forget it and have found it so true, at least up through the 40s.
this thread is fabulous -- how could it have languished without much attention over the last year?????!
my lord... whatta great group of over-40-babes we got here on DF!
on the subject of younger men, me: 42. SO: 29. fully 13 years diff. best relationship i've ever had... on so many levels. heh. heh.
but i was like kat when i was younger... ALWAYS went for the older men, always 8-14 years older. not anymore, tho...
these are very, very, very good years....
We're not getting older, we're getting BETTER!!!
so true, luce... so, so true
haven't even hit my prime yet, if you ask me...
MQ... who you callin' middle-aged, anyhow???
Middle-aged is a state of mind.
Did I use those evil words?? Ack!
Separate names with a comma.
