Poached eggs on wholewheat toast, tea;
Greek yogurt with raspberries and blackberries, fizzy water;
more blackberries;
chicken parmesan, some kind of pinot grigio/chardonnay combo that tastes better than I thought it would
 
Breakfast - 2 eggs w/ peppers & onions, slice of bacon. Greek yogurt w/ berries and paleo granola. Black coffee.

Lunch - Roasted chicken salad with cucumbers and bell peppers. Dressing of olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, oregano, and Trader Joe's pesto.

shredded roast chicken (asian seasonings) on reduced calorie bagel bread, with miracle whip light, chocolate K cup coffee....delish!

edit to add: very naughty holiday picnic fare...german potato salad, deviled eggs and fried chicken, gin and tonic

Annoyed about food selection today:
tea; greek yogurt, raspberries, Cheerios - but I'd accidentally bought multi-grain Cheerios that are "lightly sweetened" - blech;
Baby Shower Luncheon fare - pasta salad, bruschette things, grilled eggplant - everything was homemade and picture-perfect and WAY over-salted for my taste;
Now that I'm home I'm trying to dilute all that salt with some tea and plain crackers.
I have some pinot grigio chilling in the fridge for later.

Hot Dogs! with mustard and relish (no ketchup, ever); baked beans, a couple of chocolate chip cookies; lemonade;
some cabernet sauvignon
