yeah I got bad with trying to keep track too. I tend to snack a lot on small random things so it is hard to combine them into "meals".

Yesterday Dinner:
an avocado, an apple, cherry tomatos with basil leaves and mozzarella drizzled with balsamic glaze.

Lunch Today:
Gluten free bread (udis brand is about as close to real bread as I can find)
toasted, with pesto, avocado, and mozzarella cheese. Ginger beer.

I've been doing pretty well lately (the weekends are so hard for me to stay on track).

Today:
Breakfast- Luna protein bar
Lunch-tuna salad with 4 saltines, grapes, banana, and one strawberry
Dinner-bowl of cereal

today has not been good. I came home for lunch and ordered a pizza and peligrino :(

I will pay for this tonight when I bloated and thristy. I am paying for it now because the grease dripped on my shirt and I have to change now to go back to work.

Goji berries as a snack at work.

I'm shocking right now. I've entered my exam time phase, so while it's a good idea to be healthy and stuff, it's just not happening.

Today: A pie, some pasta, some energy drink, and lots of pringles. And champagne.

Such is life.

cucumber, kale, lemon, ginger, apple, pear smoothie
friend egg with a bit of green curry sauce
cup of hot chia tea
pear
apple
broke down late tonight and ordered a white buffalo pizza, I will pay for that with a fair amount of bloat tonight and tomorrow. I just wasn't inspired by the rice, quinoa, or gluten free pasta in the cupboard to actually make anything.
finished the blender of smoothie.

half an avacado
scrambled eggs with sliced tomates and fresh basil
handfuls of blueberries
handfuls of blackberries
grilled portabella mushroom with sliced tomates and feta

one damn Lindt chocolate truffle - came as a gift. I am taken the bag to work tomorrow and leaving it on the counter.

I am in the middle of a 21 day exclusion of chocolate, candy, biscuits cookies cake donuts muffins or bread, chips, fast food, peanut butter nutella or naughty spreads, and ice cream. I am pretty good about this anyway... but I wanted to do a calendar count to see how long I actually do go. And I was doing fine until that stupid bag of chocolate showed up.
