Well, it is titled "Round the Mullberry Bush", from the "Songs of Childhood" series of collectable plates.
Here's an image of a real mulberry bush (I think this is a weeping type, not the common one)...

I have not tried it. I have eaten durian candy and I have also smelled durian first hand and all I have to say is....
