Leftovers from St. Patrick's day: mashed carrots and parsnips, cabbage, and colcannon. Never tried colcannon before...it's pretty frickin' tasty! I have got to make this sometime.

muffaletto, from God's own kitchen...which is a good thing because I am fairly certain that I have created an arterial blockage by ingesting it, and may have shortened my lifespan considerably

Pasta salad w/veg and lots of olives. Red Pepper hummus with pita. Going Mediterranean** today.
