Two St dresses

#21
So you mean that you wear the black as a challenge for yourselves--to get noticed despite the lack of sparkly adornment...because by the end of the season the judges will tend to be familiar with most of the couples.

Or do you mean that you wear it to contrast yourself with the other couples--as a way of standing out from all the other glitz?
The second one is wrigth. Now is a tendency - the more stones, the more beautiful dress is... In this dress nothing is diverting from body working. Thats why I mentioned, that you have to be enough dance level to wear such dress.

Not exactly - 500 and 350 :) american green papery dollars :)
But it is so sad for me that you draw your attention only on prices :(
What do you mean????
I just said that I love the dresses and they are soooooo pretty! I believe they are too small for me though :(

I remember reading a post you wrote in another thread, you seem to have connections on beautiful dresses that are not at horribly high US prices? I am jealous!

Ummm, I could be wrong but I think your getting this confused with Katarzyna (our resident dress sourcing guru).

No I am familiar with Katarzyna :) (I'm jealous of her too! haha)
I thought I remember a discussion in which she was discussing how US dresses were so expensive compared to russia (i think) where she is? Or something to that effect any way.... Lord knows the only things I remember correctly are dance steps...

But I am :)
I don't compare dresses :) I compare prises, suitable for Russia and US
We always try to find a good bargain :)

By the way, I sent the pictures of the blue dress to a friend of mine, who immediately fell in love with it and wants to buy your blue dress. Please PM me (though I think she has sent you an email already).

And her comment was: 'wow. such a beautiful dress, at such a great price. I'm buying it.' ;-)

Dear friends, thanks for answers and sorry for my english at first. :)
Some explanations.
173 is equival to 5'9'' as I calculate.
There are the measurments for dress:
bust - 84 cm
waist - 69 cm
hips - 96 cm
neck - 32 cm
wrist - 15 cm
for other 3 bracelets: 19, 24, 30 cm
I wear S-M sizes, and 38 , russian 44. I think it's 6 size for you.
Blue dress stretch very good, for 1 size exactly.
Blue I've been making for shining, black was a challenge - we need be be notable for judges at the end of the season, then all couples are old and cognate.

36-38-40 -are sizes, suitable for wearing this dress sure
I'm not a cylinder!!!!!
My limited understanding of European dress size conversions to U.S. is a 36 is a 4, a 38 is a 6 and a 40 is an 8.

Also, the following site, http://www.85b.org/, has a decent conversion for US, UK, Aust/NZ, Euro/Japan, Belgian, French, Spanish, Italian and Czech bra and dress sizes.

Also, interesting word used: cognate. Do you mean familiar or similar?

Couples are well-known to each other and judges.
They are always familiar and often similar. So if judges have about 5 seconds for each couple it is sometimes hard to find your one more time becase of similar dresses.
