James Bond dancing songs

Yes, I just recently saw a formation team in SF do a routine with one, and Jean Marc and France also have a showpiece they do, although I'm not familiar with what songs go with what movies.

It's shorter for example. Those really slow bits inbetween are cut out, etc. And The Man with the Golden Gun's song is a bit changed in beat for the Jive. So is Goldfinger's tango. And more songs are edited this way. There's a cd with all sort of those songs on it. From Dancelife with Love. But I can't find it anywhere. And I can't order via internet.

A few that I can think of:
If you can find a record by the jazz combo The Earl Klugh Trio called "Sounds and Visions", it has a version of the "Goldfinger" theme that makes a good foxtrot.
Trance DJ Paul Oakenfold has done a remix of the James Bond theme (sometimes referred to as "Bond vs. Oakenfold") that would be very good for a swing or a cha-cha. According to Discogs, it's on the enhanced-CD version of the soundtrack to Die Another Day.

Another suggestion: The Peter Gunn theme isn't James Bond per se, but it's from the same era and has a similar enough feel that people sometimes confuse the two. It makes an good ECS and a slightly fast WCS. The original version is by Duane Eddy and can be found on various rock-instrumental collections. Or, for something different, check out the Eddy/Art of Noise version on The Best of the Art of Noise collection.

I found a Web site that supposedly has an MP3 for free download, but I get a virus scanner alert when I access it, so I'm hesitant to download the file.

I've heard a really sexy rumba version of Goldfinger - next time I'm at the studio I'll try to figure out who recorded it.

The original Goldeneye tune by Tina Turner is a valid rumba (and a decent on I think). There are a few other originals or variations "in the wild" that are Bond music and valid (strict tempo) dance songs, that are not bad.
There is also a "James Bond for Dancing" CD by Klaus Hallen (sp) put out by DanceLife. It contains all 10 international dances. Most of the music is medicore, on par with the Titantic paso.
