Amateur Teacher ???

So I have heard rumors flying around for the last 6 months about amature being allowed to teach. I am almost certain that USA Dance allows this now and I am under the impression that its close to being accepted by the NDCA as well. Can anyone clarify?
 
There was a thread recently discussing this issue in detail. Unfortunately, I couldn't find it, but I hope someone comes along soon who can direct you to it.

Very true, it's like that in any field -- many times I've gotten better medical advise from friends than from my doctor who spent all those years in medical school and better legal advise from people other than my attorney (oftentimes from the arm chair "lawyers" posting on this board)
