Can anyone point me to some suggested Syllabus routines for Standard and Latin? Is there a reference for this - or a website that has these; or does someone want to share?

thanx...

Steal them from other dancers, that's what I do. :)

Part of trying to learn to work up my own competition routines involved "borrowing" routine sheets from two other amateurs who dance with my teacher. And of course learning from what she planned for me for the one competition I've done. Still wouldn't design my own routine, would let her, or one of our visiting pros, do it, but figure it's jsut one more thing that helps me learn all of dance, rather than just memorizing patterns.

Standard Syllabus Routines

Anyone know where there is a good listing of stadard syllabus routines?
I would love to have a couple for each dance and level.

I just ask my pro - he is amazing and can make four routines in an hour.

Now THATs a skill to be valued.

hmm, maybe he can do ones by mail ...

Heh, now that someone has resurrected this I'm trying to remember whose reoutines I might have stolen back then. :) Esp as last comp i wrote my own smooth compilations. WOulda been easier if I coulda stolen routines. :)

After 7 partners in 6 comps I've developed a routine that works quite well if anyone wants to steal it from me...

Man leads, woman follows. Works for all dances at syllabus levels.
