grinding

well..there is this girls party coming up,and my school finally started to grind like 2 parties ago,both that i missed due to sickness/family stuff...now...i never grinded/had experience before..and i know ill suck for my first time,but some of my friends make fun of others becuase like one sucked HORRIBLY(he grinded a foot away from his partner)...and i dont want to be like that guy...so if anyone could show me videos/how to grind...id be really happy,thanks
