If the shoes doesn't fit

My practice shoes are getting bigger. Anyone know what to use to make it smaller other than heavier socks? The shoe laces are already tightened to the max. thanks in advance
 
Perhaps you can get padding either for the whole sole (perhaps with a little arch support), or maybe metatarsal pads or something like that?
 
You can get inserts at a regular drugstore. Get the type that fit the entire sole - its also a chance to make the shoe a whole lot more comfy! I've become something of an expert in trimming these to make a shoe comfortable and accomodate bone protusions etc. - insert orthopedics if you will!
