San Francisco Congress, anyone going?

Thought we could do a roll-call since we're already doing one for NY/NJ.

I've got two different groups of friends trying to convince me to go to it.
 
I probably will be going. Have to talk to my friends about it.

I know there are people from SF on this board, so what do they say?

Also, i have a friend going to SF next week. Any good salsa clubs that could be recommended?
 
Plane tickets from Dulles are on sale at the moment, so I could fly out there for as cheap as $150. But I'm still waiting for confirmation from my friends as to whether they're really going or not.

And then I'd have to see if I could get that Friday off or not...

Details, details!
 
I'll be going! :D I'm so looking forward to it! The last congress I went to was the Paris one in June... so long ago.

I haven't heard a peep from anyone about it...and I live only a few miles away! When I was out dancing last Thursday I asked one lady why she wasn't at the Congress, and she gave me a funny look and said "Why aren't YOU there?" :shock: :oops:

Oddly enough, it seems a lot of locals aren't even going...hmm...myself included! :?
 
What's weird is that I met several salseras from the Bay area on Saturday here in DC!?! What's up with that! :shock:

(But hey, I had a lot of fun dancing with them!)
