Help ID a swing song

It should be pretty well known - at least I've heard it more than once. Here's a short clip of it. It's pretty quiet, if you know it, you'll recognize it.

While I'm at it: don't need it as much as the swing song, but if you are an expert at hustle/disco, you could try your hand at identifying this one. It has lyrics ("With you I have nothing to fear / [something...] having you near..." etc.), but googling for lyrics didn't yield anything useful.

This annoys the heck out of me. I've danced to it a million times, it seems, and it's one of the better known songs, yet I just can't figure it out....

From the chorus of the second clip, I would hazard a guess of "I'm In Heaven Whenever I'm With You", which somebody's playlist gives as being by Touch of Class. All I know is what I find through Google.

And the first clip sounds maddingly familiar to me too. I'll post the question on a local swing board and see what they say.

It's "Tain't what you do".

I have to challenge that, since it does not sound at all like the intro of my copy of that song. Also, my memory of having heard it is that the rest of the song sounds a lot like that clip, whereas the main part of "T'Ain't Whatcha Do" sounds different than its extended intro.

Since it could be a matter of different versions by different bands, can you name the band that you think it is? Sometimes amazon.com offers sample clips of CDs.

For my part, I thought that it sounded a lot like "Song of India" (eg, by Tommy Dorsey), but in listening to it again I realized that it wasn't.
