Song ID= I wanna have a party

I was recently at a WCS event weekend, and I was taking a private. The instructor played a song where the begining of it goes *in a little kids voice* I wanna have a party, I wanna have a party etc. He always skipped it, cause of the long intro.
The next day in a workshop, he played the same song, but skipped it again. My entire dance crew was intrigued, and we want to know what it is. Anyone familiar????

There is a Wanda Jackson (I think) song called "Let's Have a Party" (or something like that). I believe there migth be a version where it starts something like that. I wouldn't call it a WCS song, although I'm sure you could do it. (Wanda Jackson was heavily influenced by /good friends with Elvis at this time, so it's more of a jump swing / rock n roll song.) Her voice could sometimes be mistaken for that of a child.

Hey, could you tell me what version? I just downloaded from ITunes two different versions, neither of which were the ones Im looking for! Thanks for your help!
