Rules: say anything you want (especially about dance), but make sure it rhymes. You have to make it up yourself.

I'll start:

A gal named Sue headed out to the dance,
in hopes of finding some romance.

She took some lessons for her dance to enhance
But ran off mortified when she split her pants

But the addiction was way too much.
She was using the split in the pants as a crutch.

And renewed her desire

I laughed so hard, I'll never forget you."

(sorry, I know I lack iambic pentameter, or whatever you call it...but it's just a game).

All at once, in the middle of a "swing,"
Sue decided to do her very own thing.

"What would you like?" said the stripper known as Sue
"I can wiggle, shake and bounce till you drool!"

Then the poor DF Admin was having cold shivers
But soon this turned to sweat that could have made rivers

Taking Sue in hand, he led her to the dance,
Fighting wildly against the strange guest in his pants

As the music started, the couple Waltzed to and fro
Then added some Foxtrot, Swing and Salsa for show

Transfixed by her beauty, entralled by her grace
The poor DM Admin swooned and fell flat on his face!

Oh my gosh Sue said,
Is that a knot on your head?

Yes, it seems the strange guest in my pants (a spider)
crawled up and bit me atop the head
and now my whole body feels like lead
So I must decline any requests to dance

Now free from further salacious innuendo
Sue keeps her old torn pants as a personal memento

…of where she’d been before finding partner dancing
& at which she excels and prefers to all other prancing
