Used Ballroom (Latin) Dresses for Sale

I thought I would make one thread for a few gowns I have up for sale.

I have a Hyacinth Latin Designs by Randall up for sale. Everybody reading probably already knows this, but he designs all of the costumes for the American edition of Dancing with the Stars.

This dress is a very classic design and comes with arm bands made by Randall to match the dress. I've included a new (generic) dress bag, and a brand new pair of clip-on Swarovski earrings.

Well so far no offers on the dresses, but I have sold two hair accessories.

My bird is in the shop... again... this is just days after I just had it fixed, AGAIN. This makes five trips in under two months. I am really depressed because the only driving I am seeing out of this bird is two or three days to work, and then I have a $400 or $600 problem. I don't understand. I feel ripped off. And trapped. And depressed.

Am seriously welcoming offers on the dresses, needless to say.

This dress has sold! Buyer bought the necklace, then came back for the rest of the outfit.

The orange Randall is still available, as is the blue tango rouge dress.

Blue Randall is NOT SOLD and is back on the market. The buyer says it doesn't fit. A disappointment, as we had discussed measurements at length both by e-mail and telephone.

This dress should be back soon. When I have it back in hand it will be back for sale. Please PM me if you are interested in purchasing it.

The blue Randall is back in hand, and in perfect condition! It is, of course, for sale.

As I carefully inspected this gown to ensure nothing had happened in transit, I was reminded of the immaculate condition this gown is in. No flaws inside or out. Not even a trace of tanner stain anywhere. It could be sold as brand new, and nobody would know the difference!

I will try to take some better pictures soon and post them. It really is a beautiful gown. Very difficult to capture the deep blues and all of the colors on the top, and the details in the stonework.

Well I just can't manage to get the time to put this thing on and have somebody snap a shot in better lighting. I did take these in some more natural light. They might be better. I'm not so great at this... The red dress form is really not a great model.

Hmmm.... well I checked the listing and views jumped a lot for one day, so I'm thinking the picture helped.

We'll see how this experiment goes and if it goes well, I guess I'll start taking pictures with a person wearing the dress I want to sell.

Sorry about taking the smooth gown down a couple of days ago. A previously indecisive local dancer wanted it. The Latin, however, will go through to the end of the auction. Highest bidder wins!
