DCR, when are you headed to the area? The Cobos often have a 1-hr social after their classes on Wednesdays, but their fall semester hasn't started up yet.

That's good to know but socials end a lil early. Is there a club in the area that plays some salsa?

They have clubs that have latin nights, but those are usually on the weekends. I think there's a Thursday night Salsa and Bachata event that starts up next week, but I don't know of anything happening on Wednesdays. I'll ask around and get back to you.

Thanks 4 the 411..That's good to know if ever I am in R/D NC on a Thursday. All this month will be there only on Wed. evening. One way or another will get to dance Salsa in N.C. :)
 
I heard there is a Cuban Resturant and it's not far from Raleigh airport, plays Latin music on Fridays and Saturday. Are you familiar with this place?
 
Finally made it to Carmen's Cuban Resturant and can claim North Carolina as state # 18 for dancing salsa. Had a goodd time there as well. Met a couple of people who recognized me lol...............Wepaaaaaa!
