song ID?

OK I know this is a longshot!!

There's a popular song...I hear it all the time.... but I can never discern any complete lines in the song... just the refrain they keep repeating which sounds like either

dejara....dejara....

or

ella ya....ella ya....

but I think the 'dejara' makes more sense no?

Any ideas??
