It sure does - thanks for posting it! Do you know if Bonnie Lythgoe is Nigel's wife? Or cousin or sister? There's a family dynasty! Do you think we will be able to see full episodes?
 
She's Nigel's ex-wife and was on the first 2 seasons of SYTYCD during the audition phases.
 
You are alert, Beto - thanks for the info- and I finally got w/ the Wikipedia program and looked them up in there. Assuming that info is correct, it's interesting how all this ties together. Do you remember a show some years ago where they chose a pop band? It might have been on VH-1 - I have a vague memory of the person who discovered (or produces his records) Josh Groban being involved - there was a female group and a male/female one - I wonder if that's the show that Nigel was doing that is still successful in Germany but not elsewhere --
 
Whatever happend to that show? I used to watch it about a year or two ago and I even went to see them on their tour. Have they cancelled it or is it still running?

It's still running and comes on once a year. The auditions for season 4 started last month and end next month.

The show will return to the air in May and end in August.

I saw the tour back in October and *LOVED* it so I'll definitely get tickets for it again this year. :D

Thanks for the quick info. I loved watching that show so it's good to know they haven't cancelled it.

The tour that I saw was the one that had Benji and Travis in it. I can't remember if it was 2007 or 2006?:confused:

No problem.

That was season 2 so you saw the tour in 2006. I overslept the morning of the ticket sale and found out they sold out in less than 15 minutes. :(

Wow, I would not have been happy! I have a friend that works for a company that has a suite at the venue where they did the show, so I was fortunate to see them that way.
 
Oh nice, I just watched the clip of the SYTYCD Australia promo. Looks really good!

Makes me wish they'd have a "world finals" although that wouldn't probably work due to how it's decided by votes.
 
Downloaded episodes 1 and 2 last night/this morning but haven't had a chance to watch them yet. Can't wait!
