I'm sorry, while I'm fine with the idea of fan votes determining who gets on the show, the idea that CAI and Bruno are going to judge and comment on these pros is... well, absurd.

Here are some aspects of the show I think viewers would actually like to vote on:

-How many minutes should Samantha get to ask people who have already danced and been judged inane questions about how they feel about the good/bad comments they just got?

-What musical guests would you like to see on the show?

-If you could bring back a star from a previous season for a second chance, who would you most like to see?

-If DWTS were to pair up the stars with each other for a week, which two stars would you most like to see dance with each other?

-Which of the following non-paso songs to which we are going to make people dance paso least makes you want to do violence to yourself?

-Which of the time fillers that we stick in late in the season are least likely to make you lunge for the fast forward button?

-What color fabric would you like to see draped over Edyta's sparkly bra this week?

-During which week of the show should Maks take off his shirt?

-Over all the seasons of Dancing with the Stars, what was your favorite number?

LOL!

Democracy is a beautiful thing. Sometimes literally.

-If the DWTS wardrobe department were accidentally to engineer a "wardrobe malfunction"--something which of course they would never do on purpose, what with those pesky FCC rules--which cast member would you hope would be involved?

 Yes!!!
The stars who would make the most interesting match-up would be Ty and Kim. They might actually do well together, strange as it may sound.

If they ever even have a nightmare about having them do Paso (or any other dance) to (anything by) Bob Dylan, I might actually pull an Elvis and shoot my TV.

Edyta should just do what she really wants to do and show up in bikinis.
No leg warmers, please.....

Musical guest - Hayley Westenra.
The looks of utter bewildered embarrassment as they are presented with someone who actually can sing would be priceless.

And oh yeah, Bruno & carrie Ann judging anyone is ridiculous enough, let's not have them judge people who are actual dance pros.....

By invoking Democracy, are you implying that the FCC should fine ABS just as it did to CBS for a wordrobe malfunction? I swear I saw Kym's nipple pop out in the Jive, which Tom was trying to cover up belatedly.

I would agree, except that they're not really going to be judging who is the best dancer (and their votes don't count, anyway) - they're judging who would make the best DwtS pro. (Even if they claim to be judging the dancing, that's what they'll really be after.) And Carrie Ann and Bruno may be better than Len at judging who would be most appealing as a pro on the show, even though Len is far more qualified to judge the dancing.

The pros already go through a process to determine who will be on the show anyway...I see this as just a way of stretching out the show by adding more filler by making this process have some kind of on-air "final" now.
