Salsa on weekends in Barcelona?

Does anybody got a hint where I could go dancing in Barcelona on Friday and / or Saturday?

There were two clubs that I went to, when I visited Barcelona a while back. One was Agua de Luna, and I forget the name of the other.

So, I'm not sure if it's still doing salsa, or even if it's on Saturdays or not, but that's something you could search for on google...

Thanks guys. No its not - Ill be there next thursday to sunday. I already found the clubs "Antila" and "Agua de Luna".

Is the habana more cuban or NY-Style?

From what I remember both Antila and Agua de Luna were more Cuban than NY Style...

Which of the clubs in BCN is more NY-Style? I also do love to dance to Bachata....

As long as your lead is smooth and clear, I don't think you'll have an issue.

Not for Barcelona. There's a Club Mojito in Seattle.

Habana Barcelona was more Cuban, it had a band the night I went whicih I think was a Saturday, it was lovely.

Hello everybody!

Since this post is some months old, can someone tell me where to dance in Barcelona?

Il be there from de 19th to the 28th of August. Since I'll be there for a week including 2 weekends, if you advise on places both for weekdays and weekends I'll be much obliged!

Furthermore, since this varies from place to place, ant ideia wich style is danced in Barcelona? Line, cuban, on1, on2... Do you need to bring your own partner, or can you just get in the clubs, ask someone and just dance?

(It's so very nice to plan holidays... Most everyone has already left work, so this kind of makes it easyer to pass the time...)

Ive only been to two clubs. In the mojito the mostly dance "en linea" and in the Antilla (if I remember correctly) Cuban. Hope it helps.
