I'm seeking in formation about salsa dancing in Tulsa, Ok. There is a place listed called Club Caliente located at 21st And Garnett Road that has Salsa dancing on Friday nights. Basically, I am wanting to know how the music and crowd were, is the club safe and is that area of town safe, and what ages are allowed at the club. Someone in the area supposedly heard of someone getting shot there, but they may have it confused with another latino club. We just wanted to be certain we weren't getting anyone into a dangerous situation. The things I'd heard made it sound like a nice club so we were a little concerned and confused. We were wanting to come over Friday night, so any information anyone can give me would be greatly appreciated.
