What made you smile today?

Pig Racing; actually my sprog and a bunch of primary school kids yelling at six pigs scuttling toward buckets of grub; my pig 'Porky' came last.....

and the sign for Pig Racing turned the day around....

Today, lots of things.

Weather in Cincy is gorgeous.
Finished work early, so to the rooftop pool shortly.
Looked good in my suit dress today.
Felt good and confident today.
Yummy lunch.
Training went very well...heckler from prior years controlled and, if not neutralized, then at least his effect was highly mitigated and controlled. Yay me!

And all of this after waking up somewhat tipsy from the night befor and being hung over as blazes (it's kind of a cincy training tradition).

How the heck dya do that?

Over-preparation, power suit, heels, hose, keeping him (and everyone else), busy continually...

And nit being nice. I won't say that I was a b***h, but I was not there to be nice. I made it clear that it was my class, we would do it my way, if they had anything to bring up they were to write it down and I would address it later how I saw fit. No waffling, no doubt...even when I didn't feel it. When he tried to pull attention to himself, I pulled it right back, end of story. And, when push came to absolute shove and he was being a [butt] to my programmer it was, "L, you asked C a question. If you want your answer you need to let her finish, otherwise, this is a waste of her time when she has other things she needs to be doing. So will you let her finish or not?"

In short, what I should have known to do last year.
