    Apologies, but total beginner here wanting competition advice!

    We all have to start somewhere, right? I will be competing in Cha Cha and Waltz at entry level later this year and haven't been to any competitions to see what ladies wear. What are the rules and regs/expectations in the UK, please?

    She and Victor were on the BBC Strictly Come Dancing ages ago - their routine to an AC/DC composition has always stayed with me.
