Miss Silly, from whom did you buy AIDA standard shoes? I can find one vendor in the US with Latin shoes, but no Standard. Unless you are from outside the US, then maybe I need to look overseas.

Does anyone have suggestions for how to practice effectively? Do you have a practice routine you go through (warm up, 5 minutes on each dance, 30 minutes on a technique, etc)? Are there any good sites out there that you can recommend?
